Placing Orders

Each project tailored to your specific needs. Contact me to discuss what you need, your budget, and your timeframe.

For retouching services, I ask for fifty percent up front and the balanced to be paid on completion.

*** Payments are process via PayPal. I currently do not process payments via my website.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me. Unfortunately, for many reasons, I can’t offer refunds.

You can, however, submit revision instructions within 30 days of delivery. These revisions

cannot deviate from the original instructions you gave me when you first placed your order.

If I don’t hear from you within 30 days, your order will be closed. You will need to open a

new order for editing and revisions of the same photos and additional charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time. You will only be responsible for work already started.

Data/File Storage

Full-size files will be saved for 30 days after project completion. After 30 days they will be

deleted from my database. We do not provide photo storage service.

Shipping Policy

Technically, nothing is really “shipped”. Files get sent back and forth using WeTransfer.com.

It’s fast and easy to use.

Privacy Policy

I take customer privacy very seriously.  When you share your information, I understand and

appreciate the trust you have placed in me and responsibility that comes with it.

I will only request information needed to provide you with my services, for billing, and to

contact you directly. I do not share or sell this information with other businesses, advertisers,

or other 3rd parties.

After your order is closed, I will only retain your email address, phone number, mailing address,

r other contact information. I will delete this information at any time at your request.

DavidWL.com is powered by squarespace.com. They use a built-in analytics platform that gives

insight into visitor activity on the site, such as how many visitors and what the referring site was,

but nothing that identifies you personally. All of this information can be found in their privacy policy.

Modifications to these Terms

From time to time, we may change the terms that govern your use of our site. Your use of our site

following any such changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your agreement to follow and be
